This resize tool enlarges images at 2x, 3x, or 4x using Lanczos3 resampling, provided by the open-source Pica library at its highest quality setting. Lanczos computes each output pixel from a weighted window of surrounding source pixels, which keeps edges and fine detail noticeably sharper than the default scaling a browser or basic editor applies. The result is drawn to a canvas alongside the original, with dimensions shown for both, and can be downloaded as a PNG.
Processing is 100% in-browser: the image you choose is read locally and resampled on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
