This tool turns two or more images into a looping animated GIF. Each frame is drawn onto a canvas at your chosen output width - the height follows the first frame's aspect ratio, and other frames are cover-fitted to match - then its colors are quantized to the GIF format's 256-color palette and encoded locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Use the frame list to reorder or remove images, and the slider to set how long each frame stays on screen. Keep in mind that GIF is an old, uncompressed-feeling format: file sizes grow quickly with every frame, so for photos a short frame count at a modest width works best.
